Experiment / E1M0F7BW73' UTR / RNA Stability MPRA (MPRAu)

CXCL2 full-length 3′-UTR overlapping fast-UTR mutation scan

Massively parallel functional annotation of 3′ untranslated regions

A pooled library of overlapping 128-nt segments spanning the CXCL2 3′-UTR was used in BEAS-2B cells to measure the effect of spontaneous mutations in 8-nt windows on reporter steady-state mRNA. The table contains the published genome-browser track values for each window center.

Processed tables are specific to each experiment. Column names, units, measurements, and table structure are not standardized across the database. Check this experiment’s column definitions and quality-control notes before comparing or combining data.

Perturbation & assay details

Basal / Untreated

The complete CXCL2 3′-UTR library used 205 overlapping 128-nt segments (4-nt spacing, with end padding) and a 12-nt clone index. The table is the steady-state mRNA track from that library, not a list of GWAS variants.

Length of the mutation window described by the authors.
delta_mrna
Published median difference in steady-state reporter mRNA between mutant and wild-type clones.
neg_log10_p
Published −log10 p-value for the mutation-window comparison.
p_value
p-value reconstructed as 10^(−neg_log10_p).

Quality control

The authors removed clone indexes with mean <10 reads and excluded segments represented by fewer than 10 clones. The processed table retains all 674 finite 8-nt-window records in the published Supplementary Data 1 tracks.

Curation notes

Supplementary Data 1 reports window-center tracks rather than clone-level counts or individual mutation identities. The WIG browser position is a display interval; the table preserves the track coordinates and does not infer window endpoints.
