HepG2 binary STARR-seq promoter motif activity

Sequence determinants of human gene regulatory elements

The random N150 promoter–enhancer binary STARR-seq library was assayed in HepG2 cells. This table presents the deposited promoter-motif RNA/input activity effects for the HepG2 condition.

Processed tables are specific to each experiment. Column names, units, measurements, and table structure are not standardized across the database. Check this experiment’s column definitions and quality-control notes before comparing or combining data.

Perturbation & assay details

Basal / Untreated

Episomal binary STARR-seq using random N150 promoter and enhancer sequences in the pCpG-free-promoter–enhancer-SS construct. The processed table is the promoter-side motif activity output from HepG2, with MOODS matching at p=1e-6 and PsiLFC/log2 RNA-over-input effects.

Quality control

The source file contains 1,121 motif models. Package QC required finite effects, nonnegative integer match counts, and total-plus-input counts of at least 5; all 1,121 rows passed and were retained.

Curation notes

This is the promoter-side aggregate from the binary library, not the deposited GP5d motif-pair interaction table. It does not contain sequence-level alleles.
