Random N150 sequences were paired as promoter and enhancer elements in a binary STARR-seq library and assayed in GP5d cells in two biological replicates. The table reports all 528,529 deposited GP5d replicate-1 motif pairs joined to individual promoter and enhancer motif activity effects from both replicates.

Quality control
The source pair table contained 528,529 positive-count pairs and finite positive expected counts and adjusted p-values. Package QC retained all pairs after requiring valid motif identifiers, positive counts/expectations, finite activity effects, and adjusted p-values in [0,1]; no significance filter was applied.
Curation notes
Only the GP5d replicate-1 pair-count file was deposited in the selected source set; the table retains the two GP5d activity replicates. The pair_vs_independence_log2_ratio and independent_activity_log2_effect_sum columns are package-derived summaries.
