Mouse P5424 CapStarr-seq activity of captured DHS regions

Genome-wide characterization of mammalian promoters with distal enhancer functions

A captured mouse DNase-I hypersensitive-region library was assayed with CapStarr-seq in the P5424 mouse lymphoma cell line. The table reports the source activity class for each assayed region.

Basal / Untreated

Capture-enriched STARR-seq in an episomal mammalian STARR-seq reporter vector. The underlying mouse series used input/plasmid controls, poly(A)+ reporter RNA and plasmid-DNA recovery, and normalized sequencing signal; this condition is the P5424 activity column from Supplementary Table 1.

Quality control

Rows were retained only when chromosome was present, start and end were finite integers with end greater than start, and the P5424 activity label was one of Inactive, weak, or strong. All 7,151 source rows passed this structural/activity QC. Source distance cells containing Excel #REF! errors were retained as blank because the assayed region itself remains valid.

Curation notes

P5424 is represented by Cellosaurus CVCL:WG84. The supplementary methods describe 7,542 captured mouse regions, while the packaged activity workbook contains 7,151 rows; this table uses the available rows in that workbook. The mouse assay is linked to the underlying/related GEO series GSE60029 (sample accessions GSM1463992 and GSM1463993 are P5424 replicates). Activity labels were normalized by trimming source whitespace. This is a regulatory activity screen, not a variant/allele assay.
